CMESELL.com and our FOR SALE BY OWNER services help you, as a seller, get maximum exposure on the Internet, exposing your house, condo or property to as many of those buyers as possible, without charging a real estate commission EVER!

We charge a one-time flat marketing fee  of  $495  to post your house, condo or property on the Internet, using the NWMLS as a portal to over 100 professional real estate web sites. We also post your real estate on over 30 other real estate web sites, such as MSN.com, Yahoo.com, NetZero.com because we want our customers to reach as many buyers as possible!

As an individual seller, you do not have access to all these web sites. Our For Sale By Owner Services give you unparalleled access and exposure to where the buyers are searching  --  looking for their next new home, condo or property!

If you choose to accept an offer from a buyer that is working with a Buyer’s Agent, then you pay the Buyer’s Agent a commission that you have chosen to offer that Buyer’s Agent.  If you sell your home yourself, you PAY NO COMMISSION.

Your First Step:  Go to FORMS  Page (on right) --  Click on “Seller’s Forms” --

1. Print out CMESELL.com  Marketing Agreement – 4 pages
2. Download PureEdge  Viewer 6.1
3. Print out Residential Listing Agreement  – 1 page
4. Print out Listing Input Sheet that is appropriate for your property (Residential, condo, Manufactured Home or vacant Land)

Your Second Step:  Decide the Additions:

1. Do you want to have a lock box on your property? If so, indicate on the CMESELL.com Marketing Agreement. IF NOT, please make sure to initial the paragraph indicating that you do not wish to have a lock box.
2. Make sure to indicate the telephone number and e-mail address that you want posted on your web page on CMESELL.com web site.
3. Select the photos you want to provide of  your property.
4. Write the ADDITIONAL marketing remarks for your photos (1,000 characters max PER photo). E-mail additional marketing remarks (in corresponding order of photos) to sales@cmesell.com

Your Third Step:    complete   the   paperwork and   SIGN   ALL PAPERWORK (All parties selling your real estate MUST sign all the FORMS), then fax the paperwork, along with a copy of your check to our FAX  NUMBER:        360 – 824 -- 6077

Your Fourth Step:  E-mail up to 15 photos to sales@cmesell.com

Within 24 hours (or sooner!)  of receiving your paperwork, your house, condo or property will be on the Internet, exposing it to as many potential buyers as possible, helping to get it SOLD in the quickest time possible.

Your listing is posted on our web site, where you get your own web page, with your contact information (name, telephone number and e-mail address) available for buyers to contact you directly.

CMESELL.com will send you an e-mail, letting you know your house, condo or property is now ON THE INTERNET and what you should expect next!  We will also send you a copy of your listing to review for any changes or corrections you wish to make.
